There is one way in, and it is the address below. Tell us the room, the town and the tile, attach a few photos taken in daylight, and you'll hear back within two working days, usually with a question or two and a survey date. If you're not sure it's a job we take, the rooms page lists what we tile and what we turn down.

- 04What's under the current floor, if you know.
- 05Roughly when the building went up. The year tells us a lot about the floor before we lift anything.

We close from 20 June to 6 July. Midsummer first, then a week at my sister's in Haapsalu where nobody asks me about grout, then I come home and paint the sauna I said I'd paint last summer. Anything that arrives in that time gets answered from 7 July, oldest first, with coffee.
