Local firm still lining up grout joints, mostly in bathrooms

Tylvio is two tilers fitting wall and floor tiles in Tallinn flats and in a few Harju County houses. You choose the tiles. We strip back to the substrate, level, waterproof, lay them straight and grout them, and we charge for the labour by the square metre.

The membrane and the adhesive get the curing time printed on the bag, not less. Nobody walks on it early.

Four spare tiles under your sink

We leave four spare tiles from your batch, wrapped, with the batch number written in pencil on the box, under your sink. Batches drift in shade, and in five years you'll be glad nobody had to match a cracked one from a new pallet.

Nine years on other people's floors, then our own

Andres laid floors for other firms around Harju County for nine years before starting Tylvio in 2018. Since then nearly every job has come from a neighbour who saw the last one: a bathroom in Mustamäe leads to a kitchen in Kalamaja, then a hallway in Lasnamäe. In 2026 Priit joined full time as the second tiler, and with two of us on the tools it was time to put the prices and the method where anyone can read them.
