Every job we do is listed below, with what's included and what the labour usually costs. You buy the tiles, and we bring everything that holds them down and keeps the water out.

Between the worktop and the wall units, socket cut outs included, set out so the cut tiles sit at the ends and never in the middle of the wall. Usually 2-3 weeks from booking.
Kitchen floors before the units
Laid wall to wall before the cabinets arrive, so the floor runs under them and nobody is cutting round a plinth later.

We supply the grout, so we bring a colour card and hold it against your worktop sample in daylight before a single joint gets filled.

Room Three
Floors
Hallways, large format, patterned layouts and heated floors, all priced per square metre. Then small repairs, and what we turn down.
Hallways and entrances
Where the boots and the winter grit come in. Finished with a trim where the tiles meet the next floor.

Large format, levelled first
A 60×120 cm tile shows every bump underneath it, so the floor gets levelling compound first. €9 per m², plus €6 per extra 5 mm.

Herringbone and diagonal
Set out from the middle of the room so the pattern meets the doorway square. These layouts eat tiles, so your quantity list adds 15% instead of 10%.

Over underfloor heating
We tile after the heating has been run in, so the screed has done its moving before anything rigid goes on top of it.

Small repairs
Regrouting a tired shower, or replacing a cracked tile from your own spares, ideally the four we left under the sink.

We'd rather not
- Tiling over existing tiles. We strip back to the substrate or we don't start.
- Wooden floorboards without a proper decoupling layer. We will happily quote for the layer.
- Finishing a wet room someone else waterproofed. If we didn't lay the membrane, we can't stand behind the shower.
- Swimming pools, the hot side benches of saunas, and outdoor terraces that see frost.
- Plumbing and electrics. We tell you exactly when your plumber or electrician needs to be there.
- Selling you tiles at a markup, or choosing them without you seeing a sample in daylight.
- Jobs under €350.
